Led the analytics side of a data-center and SAS exit at a major financial institution: 300+ business reports moved to modern platforms with zero reporting outages, across systems spanning Salesforce, payments, and application-processing modernization. Each cutover ran as a cross-functional squad. Report owners, data engineers, and analysts came together for the life of the project, coordinated across teams without formal authority over any of them. Impact assessment, dataset redesign, and cutover sequencing kept every report live, alongside a steady run of smaller migrations of 2–15 reports each.

Owned the migration of a data department’s entire 2,000-repository GitHub estate from self-hosted servers to the cloud, coordinated with a platform team we didn’t sit on. Built a custom script to back up, standardize, and move every repo, set the standards for the new environment, and ran onboarding for new hires so teams stayed productive throughout.

A Google Apps Script build that removed ~50 hours a month of manual spreadsheet prep across banking teams, plus Python automation for risk-assessment QA that saved roughly 20 hours each quarter. Both run without maintenance overhead.
