We scan only public content
Our products read public help-center pages, generally not personal data. Nothing behind a login.
We collect only what we need
An email, to deliver your report. Short retention, deletable on request. We don’t log IPs we don’t need.
We don’t train on your data
The Anthropic API doesn’t train on your content by default, and neither do we. Your data is used to produce your result and nothing else.
Payments are off our plate
When you buy a product, card and billing data are handled by a Merchant-of-Record. PCI and global sales-tax compliance sit with them, not us, and we never see your card details.
On engagements, we sign first
Consulting work runs under your NDA and MSA. Client data and IP are yours, kept only as long as the engagement needs, and handled on least-access terms.
Secrets stay in the environment
API keys and credentials live in managed environment variables, separated per environment, never in source control.
